Michigan Antitrust Digest – Federal and State
Authored by Irwin M. Alterman and published by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. This book topically indexes the antitrust decisions of the federal and state courts in Michigan. Mr. Alterman created the original book in 1975, and has regularly updated it. Copies of the book are sent to all members of the antitrust section of the State Bar of Michigan, and all federal judges in Michigan.

Plain and Accurate Style in Court Papers
Authored by Irwin M. Alterman and published by the American Law Institute/American Bar Association in 1987. The book is a manual of design and structure of lawsuit documents, a system of citation, and a manual of simple and accurate language. An earlier version was distributed by the State Bar of Michigan to every judge and attorney in Michigan, about 25,000 copies.
