The Kemp Klein Award will be given for excellence in the Business Transactions module of the University of Detroit Mercy’s new third year Law Firm program, which integrates the realities of law firm practice into the classroom.
“Kemp Klein is proud to be part of this innovative Law Firm Program," said Chief Executive Officer Ralph A. Castelli, Jr. "The Kemp Klein Foundation’s mission is to support our residential and business community. We know this program will train outstanding business lawyers and help the entire business community.”
The Business Transactions module places the third year students in a simulated law firm setting where they work on a complex business transaction. The Kemp Klein award will be given to the selected student at the end of the module to help them during their final semester. |
