Arrival of Brian H. Rolfe signals expansion for Kemp Klein Law Firm

Business, Litigation and Family Lawyer Brian H. Rolfe joined Kemp Klein Law Firm on September 10. Rolfe has been helping business owners, families and individuals solve their legal problems for nearly fifteen years.

Rolfe serves as general counsel to businesses and specializes in handling complex business and employment disputes. He has successfully taken numerous jury trials to verdicts, set precedent in contract interpretation matters and has extensive experience in the federal courts.

In his family law practice, Rolfe is adept at sorting through significant emotional issues, getting to the heart of every matter and obtaining outstanding results for the individual client. He resolves matters such as divorce, custody, adoption and other critical issues encountered in the family courts.

Rolfe is a member of the Greater Orion Chapter of the Local Business Network (LBN), is the current chairperson of the Rochester Chamber of Commerce Preferred Networking Group, and he is General Counsel to the Lake Orion Education Foundation. He has written a number of articles related to employment and business law, has lectured on family law issues and he has appeared on the Business Reality Network radio program. Rolfe earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and he resides in Rochester with his wife, son and daughter.
