Andrew Goldberg joins Kemp Klein as a Shareholder
Business, Estate Planning and Tax Attorney Andrew J. Goldberg joined Kemp Klein Law Firm as a shareholder on April 23, 2007. Also a trained certified public accountant, Goldberg is frequently involved in matters where legal, accounting and business issues intersect.

Goldberg assists business clients with a variety of matters, including: business formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate dissolution, business exit planning, taxation and general contract matters.
In his estate planning practice, Goldberg helps clients make major life choices, handle special family issues, preserve and transfer wealth and minimize taxes. He is skilled at identifying and achieving each client’s unique goals.
Goldberg is an accomplished author and lecturer, often conducting seminars on estate and business planning for accountants, financial planners and other service professionals. He is a member of the Business Law section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A resident of West Bloomfield, Goldberg earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan and his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Indiana University.
