Allen Zemmol focuses on helping funding institutions settle probate and estate issues. He joined Kemp Klein in 2005 as special counsel after many years experience as in-house counsel to well known companies in the banking industry.
Mr. Zemmol is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, where he is the Chairman of the State Bar of Michigan Tri-County Hearing Panel 17. He is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association.
Mr. Zemmol has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Michigan Supreme Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
