Ms. Beutler helps businesses, brokers, advisors, land owners, and government entities to address a full range of business and real estate issues, including:
- creation of LLCs and corporations;
- drafting commercial leases, utility easements and access easements;
- assisting with bank loan closings and real estate closings;
- purchase and sale of land, equipment and buildings;
- negotiation and resolution of title and lien issues; and
- purchase and sale of businesses.
For 15 years, Ms. Beutler has held positions at various Detroit law firms, as well as internships at Corporation Counsel in Washington, D.C. and the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, Michigan. Her previous experience included contract and real estate disputes, completing business transactions, transferring liquor licenses, and negotiating landlord/tenant disputes. Ms. Beutler’s precise attention to detail ensures a positive working experience for her clients and colleagues.
