Bonnie L. Beutler focuses her legal practice in commercial real estate and business transactions. Ms. Beutler was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity while attending Wayne State University Law School.
While attending the University of Michigan, Ms. Beutler interned for the Corporation Counsel in Washington D.C., and for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, Michigan.
Prior to joining Kemp Klein, Ms. Beutler worked for other well known Detroit firms completing business transactions, including business and commercial licensing. She analyzed title work and surveys for commercial real estate transactions and also participated in commercial litigation including contractual and real estate disputes.
Ms. Beutler arranges transactions and closings for commercial owners and developers. She works with real estate brokers, businesses, private land owners, and government entities to solve land use issues and to mediate satisfactory results.
