Brian Rolfe is a shareholder who helps business owners, families and individuals solve their legal problems. Whether resolving major business disputes or navigating through complex family matters, Mr. Rolfe is a creative problem solver and general advisor to all of his clients.
Business and Employment Litigation: Mr. Rolfe serves as general counsel to businesses and specializes in handling complex business and employment disputes. He has successfully taken numerous jury trials to verdict, set precedent in contract interpretation matters, and has extensive experience in the federal courts.
He has been “First Chair” in a number of civil trials involving wrongful discharge, contract disputes, sales representative commissions matters, non-compete and Michigan Uniform Trade Secrets Act claims.
Mr. Rolfe handles cases from the State District Court level, involving amounts less than $25,000, to Federal and State cases involving millions of dollars, including matters in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court, and has several published opinions in those forums.
Family Law: Adept at sorting through significant emotional issues, Mr. Rolfe gets to the heart of every matter and obtains outstanding results for the individual client. He resolves matters such as divorce, custody, adoption and other critical issues encountered in the family courts.

Mr. Rolfe is a member of the Greater Orion Chapter of the Local Business Network (LBN), is the current chairperson of the Rochester Chamber of Commerce Preferred Networking Group. He is General Counsel to the Lake Orion Education Foundation and is a member of the Crittenton Hospital Medical Center Planned Gifts Committee. He has written a number of articles related to employment and business law, has lectured on family law issues and he has appeared on the Business Reality Network radio program.
